Shipping Policy

A little Arizona sunshine, delivered to your door. The Mercantile at Superstition Mountain carefully packs your gifts, souvenirs, and apparel for delivery from Gold Canyon to you.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Available shipping methods depend on your delivery address and order contents.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You’ll see the total cost before completing your purchase.

Free-shipping promotions include their applicable requirements and exclusions. Unless a promotion applies, shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Personalized, preorder, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time, as noted on the product page. We’ll contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Gift boxes are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail, including Flat Rate packaging when appropriate. Other orders ship using the available method selected at checkout.

Typical transit times after dispatch are:

Allow additional transit time for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote destinations.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Any destination-specific estimate shown at checkout takes precedence over these general estimates.

Order Tracking

We’ll email tracking information when your shipping label is created. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier receives and scans your package.

Gifts and Gift Boxes

To ship an order directly to a gift recipient, enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Please verify the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, and ZIP code.

For time-sensitive gifts, allow sufficient time for both processing and delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to correct your shipping address, email aloha@sunsetsips.life as soon as possible and include your order number.

We’ll try to update the address before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, review the tracking information and contact us with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until we provide further instructions. We’ll help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
